OVERVIEW, VENUES, VENDING SPACE

HOURS OF OPERATION: The requested hours of operation are setup on Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9 AM through 8 PM, Sunday 9 AM through 3 PM. If a vendor would like to open earlier or close later we leave that to the vendors decision.

Destination Helen, LLC rents vendor space at a number of locations throughout the City of Helen, Georgia. Sites are assigned based upon full receipt of completed (all paper work required) vendor application, as well as product and services being sold. No specific venue or vending site is ever guaranteed. As noted food vendors White County are limited, an additional fee is payable to the City of Helen and White County, must complete 30 days prior to the rally, having a copy of the Temporary Food Service Permit available for Destination Helen, LLC. All applications are subject to approval by Destination Helen, LLC. All vendors set up within the City of Helen, Ga. “City Limits” will be required to go through Destination Helen, LLC to participate during this event 16th August – 19th August 2012.

Subletting and/or sharing of rental space are strictly prohibited. Entirety of vendors’ set-up, display, and working space must be within the space rented (open truck ramps or gates, storage, vehicles, trailer tongues, etc., must fit within contracted space – no exceptions). If using a tent, frame tents is required – No Pole Tents Allowed, All Tents Are Required To Be Flame Retardant. Destination Helen, LLC does not provide tents, tables, chairs etc. please make arrangements to be fully equipped for this event. Vendors are required to stay open: Fri. – Sat. 9am -8pm and Sun. 9am – 3pm.

VENDOR RENTAL FEE, DEPOSIT/PAYMENT, REQUIRED FORMS

Size and Cost of Space Rented: Please remember space will be based on Frontage x Depth when calculating the amount of space your business will require. If you are staying at your vendor location remember to include this space as part of your vendor space. Contract and payment due by August 1st, 2012. Available vendor space is as follows:

20’ x 10’ = $200

30’ x 10’ = $250

40’ x 10’ = $300

50’ x 10’ = $350

60’ x 10’ = $400

$50 each additional 10’ x 10’ Example: 20 x 20 = $300 or 30’ x 20’ = $500

 

FULL PAYMENT: made payable to Destination Helen, LLC. No checks (personal or Business) accepted after 1st August 2012. After this date credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), cashier’s checks, money orders or cash only. Refund policy: Destination Helen, LLC. Will only make refunds with written notice prior to 30th of July 2012 with approved explanation of purpose.

Signed original contract, Permit Application for Food Vendors (food vendor fees to the City of Helen and White County Phone Number 706-348-7698) payment should accompany this application.
