Destination Helen Fall 2012 Sponsorship Agreement
All Logo’s, ads and Artwork for Banners, Posters, Event Magazine, Website, etc. will be supplied to Destination Helen, LLC and/or Printer. Camera ready ads and artwork are accepted in pdf, tiff, hpeg or cdr, must in high resolution (min 300 dpi).
All artwork must be approved prior to press or use on website. If Destination Helen, LLC creates or change ad copy an additional fee maybe charged and agreed upon before ad creation or changes.
Official Sponsor
Sponsors agree not to recruit or place any vendors on their property during Destination Helen unless specifically contracted with Destination Helen, LLC. as an official site.
Any Material containing the use of Destination Helen must have prior written consent from Destination Helen, LLC
As an Official Sponsor of Destination Helen by signing this agreement involvement with other business for the promotional benefits of themselves or their Company during the Destination Helen Event will be prohibited.
Upon execution this agreement all parties involved understand that it cannot be altered or modified except by a written signed agreement by all parties involved.
PAYMENTS, ARTWORK
All Sponsorship agreements must have paperwork, payment and artwork to Destination Helen, LLC must be received no later than May 1st, 2012.
